Here at The Haven, we offer the highest quality and variety of camps that will provide several important life skills and
health benefits, while meeting each participant’s sport interest expectation. With many attending, the participant will:

• 1) experience positive change in their physical and mental health due to exercising and engaging in camp activities,
• 2) increase their social skills through collaborative teamwork as well as develop independence and self-confidence while learning as an individual, and most importantly,
• 3) enhance their love of the sport and leave the camp with positive and enjoyable feelings.
